PROJECT STATISTICSClient: Grants Pass Gospel Rescue Mission, www.gospelrescuemissiongp.orgArea: 8,500 square feet Time to Completion: 2 months Highlights: This Design/Build project consisted of implementing a seismic retrofit to a 100 year old building located in the historic downtown district of Grants Pass, Oregon. The building, marked as historically significant, was dangerously close to failure and required immediate attention. Of primary consideration was the store’s schedule of operation, as its income provides almost a quarter of the Mission’s operating budget. Our team acted swiftly to ensure the facility was back up and running a quickly as possible. In addition to the seismic upgrade, the project incorporated badly needed upgrades such as new HVAC systems, electrical upgrades, and roofing and drainage systems. |
