PROJECT STATISTICSClient: Grants Pass Gospel Rescue Mission, http://gospelrescuemissiongp.org/Area: 14,000 square feet Time to Completion: 10 months Highlights: Ausland Group was brought on as Construction Manager and General Contractor (CM/GC) during the construction phase of the 14,000 square foot Fikso Family Center. The facility offers 44 beds for women, 16 beds for children, two family rooms, two resident-use kitchens, a lounge, recreation room and a commercial kitchen serving an average of 130 meals per day. This much-needed facility was fully occupied within two weeks of opening its doors. As Phase One of a four-phase Campus and Learning center, this portion of the project also included all off-site improvements and on-site preparatory improvements for future phases two and three. This project earned Ausland Group a Daily Journal of Commerce’s Oregon/Washington Top Projects Award. |
