PROJECT STATISTICSClient: TLK Investments http://www.hellgate.comArea: 12,000 square feet Highlights: The primary goal of the project was to create a facility that offered spectacular ambiance while existing in harmony with its remote, natural environment using NW river-lodge themed architecture. The remoteness added challenges to the construction process, but the final product is one we are very proud of. The restaurant includes a 6,000 square foot log framed porch structure, complete commercial kitchen, executive offices, two real stone wood burning fire places, and many other unique finishes throughout. It truly sets the standard for excellence in craftsmanship in the region. This project earned Ausland Group the Josephine County Commissioners’ Developer Award. Located in a remote location on the famous Rogue River, the OK Corral is a first-class restaurant facility enjoyed by Grants Pass’ Hellgate Jet Boat Excursions lunch and dinner trip patrons. |
