Ausland was hired under the Design/Build approach and accommodated completion of physical construction in just 10 months. The facility includes 15 operatories, two central sterilization rooms, four private doctor offices, two waiting rooms, two medical record rooms, two x-ray rooms, two laboratories, panoramic x-ray room, five supporting offices, IT room, staff break room, laundry room, and two reception areas. The project proved somewhat complex due to the compact nature of the site and unfavorable soil conditions. |
