Eleven two-story bungalows and 51 triplex-style condominiums complement the hotel and offer travelers a variety of lodging options. Bungalows will also be available for “vacation ownership” up to 9 months of the year.
Ausland Group has been retained as Construction Manager to guide the project from inception through completion. We are partnering with both local and out-of-state professional consultants to lend expertise to project planning, including a hospitality consulting firm to advise operational and creative planning and ensure project form and function goals are met. Planning has also included a traffic impact analysis, erosion and sediment control plans, and a landscape architecture plan to preserve trees and enhance the site’s natural vegetation.
Ausland Group is proud to be a part of bringing this exciting new facility to our local region.
