Ausland Group completed the first phase – the Fikso Family Center in 2003, becoming the Mission’s trusted partner and advocate through the process. We’re pleased to continue serving the Mission’s construction needs as Construction Manager and General Contractor (CM/GC). This facility will serve as the main men’s dorm and headquarters for the Mission’s administrative staff. The structure is 24,000 square feet, three stories high, with bell tower and multiple cupolas. Plans call for 78 beds, commercial kitchen capacity of 300+ meals per day, dining area capacity of 300, chapel, recreation room, study room, day room with medical and social services, and heating and cooling through a radiant in-floor system. |
