PROJECT STATISTICSClient: South Coast LumberArea: 11,000 square feet Proposed Time of Completion: 10 months Actual Time of Completion: 8 months Highlights: This first-class office facility for the executive branch of South Coast Lumber and its affiliates includes an impressive, three-story atrium lobby and highly refined finishes and systems throughout. Ausland Group completed the facilities’ fifteen executive offices, two conference rooms, an executive lounge, computer vault and five restrooms ahead of schedule, despite the challenges presented by coastal working conditions and the remote location from suppliers. The building incorporates many of South Coast Lumber’s developed veneered hardwood finishes and products, such as windows and doors, manufactured by South Coast’s clients. Ausland Group is proud to count this beautiful facility among our repertoire of projects. |
