The Ausland family has been involved in the construction industry since 1947. Three generations and sixty years later, the Ausland team continues to excel in the construction industry. Many of the people who work with us are second or third generation builders.
For the Ausland team, building is more than a job. It’s our passion.
Aaron is President of Ausland Group. He leads long-term strategic planning, oversees administration and operations, and plays an important role in organization and programming of Ausland’s more complex Construction Management and Design/Build projects.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Oregon State University. The primary area of focus of his engineering degree was Construction Engineering Management. Aaron also minored in Business studies.
Aaron is passionate about the building industry and is very involved in development and advancement of alternative project delivery methods and state and local construction law and legislation.
Kelsy M. Ausland, P.E.
Owner, Professional Engineer
As a professional Civil Engineer Kelsy provides engineering, planning, and general project management during the pre-construction phase of Ausland Groups Construction Management and Design/Build projects. Kelsy is licensed to practice engineering in Oregon (70659 P.E.) and California (C68792).
Kelsy earned Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University where she graduated Cum Laude. Kelsy has been admitted to Tau Beta Pi, an international Engineering honorary society. Kelsy also studied Environmental Engineering at the University of Nottingham in Great Britain, and Spanish in Ecuador.
Kelsy’s leadership in sustainable engineering and land use planning is well known in the region.
