LOCATION: Estacada, Oregon 
DESCRIPTION: Demolition of a 1,000 sf structure, renovation of two buildings totalling approximately 8,200 sf and new construction of a 15,000 sf dormitory. Work consists of asbestos abatement, demolition, earthwork, CIP concrete, metal fabrications, rough & finish carpentry, insulation, siding, steel doors & frames, storefront, wood windows, glazing, metal framing, gypsum board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring & carpet, painting, signage, bath accessories, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and  electrical.
